Meeting Statistics Forms
LEYM Meetings are annually asked to update the statistics recorded about their group. The various standardized forms used to submit this information are available below as either a Microsoft Word Document (.doc) for MS Word users, or as a Rich Text Format (.rtf) format file for people using other word processing programs.
